UPPER THREADS

SULKY: Silky Soft Viscose Thread available in 390 Colours.
POLY 40: Polyester Thread available in 300 Colours. Colourfast against chlorine.
POLY 60: Light Polyester Thread available in 54 Colours.
COTTY / COTTY BIO: COTTY is a matt finished cotton yarn available in 182 colours. COTTY BIO is an organic cotton, GOTS certified grown, twisted and dyed, in 10 colours.
METY: Gunold’s metallic embroidery thread is composed of a polyester core that is wrapped with a metallic foil. It comes in two sizes and two weights 5/2 (30 wt.) and 7/2 (40 wt.) in regular and Mini-King cones.
BOBBIN THREADS

BOBBY SYN: Bobbin thread on cones, 100% polyester available in different strengths.
BOBBY FIL 110: Pre-Wound bobbin thread with core and side discs, 100% polyester.
BOBBY FIL 120: Pre-Wound bobbin thread with core and no sides, 100% polyester.
BOBBY FIL CORE MAGNETIC: Pre-Wound bobbin thread with core, magnetic on one side, no sides, 100% polyester.
EMBROIDERY NON WOVENS
STIFFY / TEXTI: Tear-away non-wovens are our standard embroidery non-wovens. A special fibre structure technology facilitates horizontal, vertical and diagonal tearing of non-wovens and guarantees complete removal after embroidery, without leaving residues.
If the embroidery needs great stability, cut-away non-wovens are ideal, as these are known for having an extremely high resistance to perforation.
Stretch fabrics tend to get distorted during embroidering – that’s why an iron-on embroide-ry non-woven is a must. The iron-on nonwoven is needed to provide a stable base for delicate and stretchy fabrics both during and after the stitching process and it prevents fabric distorti-on during stitching.
FILMOPLAST®: Filmoplast is a thin pressure sensitive, self-adhesive tear-away non-woven.
FILMOPLAST® STRONG: Filmoplast Strong is a strong pressure sensitive, self-adhesive tear-away.
SOLVY FABRIC: Solvy Fabric is a water-soluble non-woven which is used wherever backings should not remain on the finished garment. It is suitable for all fabrics which may be treated with water.
FOILS & GAUZE
BSN: Thermo foil for permanent bonding.
SOLVY: Special water-soluble foil to be placed on knit fabrics, terry cloth and other pile fabric types to be embroidered. It prevents stitches from disappearing in the fabric, with impressive embroidery results and flawlessly stitched images.
SOLVY FILM 80: Special water-soluble foil for direct embroideries – completely filled-in embroideries like company logos, appliquéd logos and patches.
THERMOFILM: Heat-sensitive foil that is torn away after finishing the embroidery. Residues in the pattern can be ironed out with a household iron.
THERMOGLAZE: Special heat-sensitive gauze made of viscose. Used for stabilising embroideries and lace.
TS: Heat activated film for sealing needle punctures.
STICK PROTECT: Fusible protective gauze to be ironed on the back of skin-irritating embroideries.
EFFECT FABRICS
PUFFY: Embroidery foam for three dimensional embroidery effects.
